姜廖晖老师（Deborah，笔名晓辉）是心理辅导老师、婚姻家庭讲师，“爱住千家”（Dorcas Family Ministry）的创办人。2002 年，她在何志勇牧师和师母的帮助下，在温哥华开始服事婚姻破碎的妇女、单亲妈妈和寡妇，带领营会、课程和一对一陪谈。

她自己的家曾经几乎散了：先生癌症末期、母亲忧郁、孩子退学、生意失败。因着母亲多年的祷告，她认识了耶稣，开始向神求智慧，学会道歉、与人和好，经历了婚姻和家庭的恢复。

她曾应邀在远东广播电台家庭婚姻节目担任专题讲员，录制 73 集，也在各地带领个人和家庭营会。著有《智慧真女人》。在多伴你，她讲授《智慧女人》系列。
